There’s an upload fee for my order, what do i do?

Some of our clients allow us to put in the company credit card when we create the account, but many clients (including those using Appraisal Scope) do not let us to add the credit card unless there is an order in progress. If you notice that an order you accepted has a fee associated with it, please notify the office staff, and we will get the credit card information entered. 

If you are submitting an order after hours and need to pay the upload fee yourself, please forward the payment receipt to the office staff, and we will send you a reimbursement form to sign on Bamboo HR. 


I can’t find my login, how do I access the order? 

First, make sure you are logged in to Bitwarden. In the top of the extension, type in the client’s name in the search bar to see if it pops up (Figure 1). If it shows up, but is not linked with the website, click on the login, and select Auto-fill and save (Figure 2). This will save it for future uses.

If it is not showing at all in Bitwarden, please reach out to the office staff & they will help you get access.
