Need to order an appraisal for your client? Look no further. Just follow the steps below:

1. Fill out this form and complete the checkout process (don’t worry, no payment forms needed). Here’s what will happen over the next 24 hours:
   You will receive a receipt confirming we have received your quote request.

2. We will receive a notification with all of your information. Be sure to fill everything out, as we want to provide you with the most accurate quote for your market.

3. We will confirm that we have an appraiser who covers your area.

   1. In instances where we do not have coverage for you, you will receive a cancellation notice along with contact information for a more localized appraisal firm who will be able to assist you. We love shopping local we can!

4. We will forward your request to your local appraiser, who will respond to us within 24 hours.

5. Once we have your quote, we will “ship” your order. This will be in the form of an email as well, we will include all the information to confirm with you that everything is correct and will include the fee quote we received from the appraiser.

6. Upon confirmation that all of the provided information is correct and the fee is accepted, our legal team will draft the Engagement Letter that will be sent via email for you to digitally sign. You will also receive a payment link from Stripe, where you will be able to pay the fee.

7. Once we receive confirmation that the paperwork has been signed and the fee has been paid, the appraiser will reach out to schedule the home inspection. Appraisers reach out via calls, text, and/or email.

8. The home inspection occurs, the report is viewed by our Chief Appraiser for Quality Control purposes and once his approval is given, emailed back to you.
